I had an incredible experience as a guest on The Cost of Success with Paul Salter. This conversation was anything but surface level. Paul came extremely prepared and challenged me to think deeply about my life, how I define success, and what it has truly cost to pursue it. His questions pushed me to be vulnerable about the wins, sacrifices, struggles, and lessons along the way. I walked away reflecting on things I hadn’t thought about in years and some I’d never really considered. Grateful for the opportunity to share my story. I hope this conversation impacts others who are chasing success and challenges them to ask: What does success really mean to me, and what am I willing to pay for it?

Everyone likes to talk about all of their successes, but no one wants to talk about all of the failures or struggles along the way to get that success. This is reality and what it takes to ultimately be very successful.

Paul is the perfect podcast host. He is thoughtful, engaging, and active listener, and has a way of asking questions to get the guest to think deeper and more intently in the moment. It makes for great honesty and thoughtfulness, which is what we all desire in all of our coversations.

Paul does an excellent job creating a safe space for his guests to vulnerably and honestly talk about the sacrifices and regrets they experienced in the pursuit of more success. There’s so much relatability in each conversation. I especially enjoy the final coaching segment in which he calls out key insights and leaves the listener with a few questions to ask themselves.
